Description
|
The segment consists of three parts: diamond working area, concave transition layer and welding layer. Single grain size(fine-grained) diamond is used in diamond working area, which can cut granite (soft, medium hard) slabs and artificial stone slabs. The inner concave transition layer does not contain diamond, and a fan-shaped segment is divided into two working areas, similar to the structure of short tooth segment, which can improve the sharpness of the saw blade. In addition, the intermediate transition layer can play a buffer and chip removal role in the cutting process, and reduce the friction resistance between the side of the segment and the stone, which can improve the sharpness of the saw blade. There is no diamond in the welding layer of the segment, which ensures the welding strength between the saw blade and the substrate and the cutting safety.
