Specially optimized for granite and sandstone
This series of cutting heads is specifically suitable for two types of stone materials: granite and sandstone.

Granite: high hardness and strong abrasion resistance. Higher grade and coarser grained diamonds are selected in the blade formula, combined with harder binders to delay diamond detachment and maintain long-term sharpness and lifespan during cutting.

Sandstone: relatively soft and highly viscous. If the formula of the cutting head is improper, it is easy to cause the cutting head to "polish" and lose its cutting ability. Our solution is to adjust the brittleness of the binder and increase the diamond concentration appropriately, so that the cutting head always maintains a "self sharpening" state, ensuring continuous and efficient cutting.

Under different cutting methods such as wet cutting, dry cutting, and intermittent cutting, the cutting head can also exhibit good adaptability. It is recommended to use sufficient cooling water to further extend the life of the blade and reduce dust generation.

Usage suggestion:

Before using a new saw blade, it should be "sharpened" by lightly cutting several times on softer stone to expose diamond particles.

Please maintain a stable feed rate during the cutting process to avoid severe impact.

Regularly check the consistency between the deformation of the substrate and the wear of the cutting head, and make necessary adjustments if necessary.
