This flange-equipped turbine diamond saw blade uses premium diamond abrasive and sturdy 65Mn steel substrate, manufactured via either hot press or cold press sintering to guarantee tight bonding between diamond segments and base metal. Standard diameters cover 115mm and 125mm, with extra custom sizes available to match various angle grinders. It supports both dry and wet cutting modes to fit construction sites with or without water supply.
The built-in flange greatly improves rotational stability during high-speed operation, reducing blade wobble, vibration and material chipping when cutting blocks, concrete, bricks, marble, granite, ceramic and vitrified porcelain tiles. Custom coating colors are acceptable for OEM branding. Single-piece packaging choices include PVC double blister, paper box and PVC skin card to satisfy retail and wholesale shipment demands. With mature and reliable performance, this blade delivers sharp, smooth cuts and long service life for renovation and stone processing work.
