Traditional polishing pads typically adopt a relationship where the grain size increases by only about 0.5 times per level of jump, resulting in the need for a large number of intermediate grain sizes to eliminate previous scratches. The X-turbo three-step polishing pad breaks this fixed thinking by using the dual core technology of "high-density diamond+gradient compatibilizing resin", which enables the cutting force and self sharpening of each abrasive grain to reach 2-3 times the level of traditional products. Specifically:

Step 1 (Rough Grinding and Shaping): Using ultra coarse diamond particles with a density 30% higher than conventional rough grinding discs, combined with a unique open resin formula, it can quickly remove cutting marks, surface irregularities, and old coatings in a short period of time. Its single removal amount is equivalent to the effect of traditional 50 #+100 # two discs;

Step 2 (Fine Grinding Transition): Medium grained diamond combined with toughening resin can efficiently remove residual scratches left by rough grinding, while starting to induce basic gloss. This step replaces the traditional three processes of 150 #+300 #+500 #;

Step 3 (Fine Polishing and Polishing): Micro sized ultra-fine diamond is combined with highly transparent resin to form a uniform array of fine scratches on the surface of the material, ultimately presenting a transparent and deep mirror effect. Its light output efficiency is equivalent to the traditional 800 #+1000 #+3000 # three piece stacking.

This "three-step" strategy reduces the time of the entire polishing process to less than 40% of traditional solutions.
