<sup>Cutting characteristics for three typical materials
Based on the clearly listed scope of application in the table, we elaborate on the physical properties and corresponding cutting strategies of the three materials as follows:

1. Ceramic
Ordinary ceramic glazed tiles have relatively moderate hardness, but require extremely high impact resistance of the surface glaze layer. This saw blade adopts a fine-grained diamond formula, which replaces the "impact" method with "grinding" at the moment of cutting, effectively preventing glaze cracking. It is recommended to use wet cutting method during cutting, which can reduce dust and achieve the smoothest cutting effect.

2. Vitrified Brick
Vitrified tiles are the category with the highest density and the lowest water absorption rate (≤ 0.5%) among ceramic tiles. Their Mohs hardness can reach 6-7 levels, close to natural granite. Ordinary saw blades are prone to slipping, blackening, and even jamming when cutting vitrified tiles. This product targets the characteristics of vitrified tiles and increases the proportion of high-temperature resistant metals such as cobalt and nickel in the binder formula, allowing the cutting head to maintain a firm grip on diamond particles even under high temperatures generated by high-speed friction, ensuring a continuous and stable cutting process without sawtooth detachment.

3. Microcrystalline Stone
Microcrystalline stone is relatively soft but extremely brittle, and its surface glass phase structure is prone to radial cracks when impacted, commonly known as "explosion". The sharp design of this saw blade makes the unit feed force very small, and the cutting heat generated during cutting is far below the critical point of phase transformation of microcrystalline, so as to avoid the internal stress concentration of microcrystalline caused by high temperature from the thermodynamic level. At the same time, it is recommended to increase the cutting machine speed (11000-13000 RPM) but slow down the propulsion speed when cutting microcrystalline stones, in order to achieve the best results through the strategy of "light knife fast walking".</sup>
