This high-performance 4-inch sintered diamond cutting disc is professionally produced for ceramic, tile and general stone cutting tasks, constructed with two core raw materials: high wear-resistant industrial diamond abrasive grains and tough 65Mn steel substrate that resists bending and deformation under heavy cutting loads. Two mature sintering manufacturing processes, hot press and cold press, are optional to match different working intensity and lifespan requirements, allowing clients to select the most suitable craft for their local market and construction scenarios.
